Note from the founders

When we started Narrative, we were not trying to build another finance tool. We wanted to solve a deeper problem, the gap between data and understanding.

In every SME platform we worked with, we saw the same challenge. There were endless dashboards, metrics, and reports that showed plenty of information but offered very little clarity. Teams had the data but not the story. Businesses had the numbers but not the meaning behind them.

We built Narrative to change that. To make financial insight feel human, conversational, and easy to act on. We wanted to help teams move from interpreting numbers to inspiring action and to remind everyone working in finance that technology should explain, not overwhelm.

Every feature, every line of code, and every design choice comes back to that simple idea: understanding is the most powerful form of intelligence.
